Here's how the cycle works
After the spare parts have been shipped and removed, the empty reusable packaging is folded flat in just a few simple steps at the receiving location (e.g., repair shops or service centers) and collected by us in a container. As soon as the collection container is full, the folded packaging is bundled and returned to us—either via an existing transport route or through return logistics coordinated by us. Once back at our facility, the packaging is inspected, cleaned, and prepared for its next use. Upon request, our customers automatically receive replenishments when stock levels run low—managed through our digital tracking system. This creates a closed-loop system without any additional burden on day-to-day operations.
Tamper-proof with seal stickers
To ensure the integrity of the shipment during transport, seal stickers can be used as an option. These are applied in such a way that they visibly change when the box is opened, leaving a “VOID OPEN” message. This provides transparency and security for all parties involved in the supply chain.
Minimal effort for maximum impact
Our solution can be integrated into existing logistics chains with virtually no changes to existing processes. Shipments are handled as usual, except that they are packed in sturdy, reusable packaging. The packaging features a label holder that allows shipping labels to be removed easily and without leaving any residue. Thanks to the seal stickers and our design, the process works entirely without additional tape.
Transparency and Supply Security Through Digital Tracking
All reusable packaging from rhinopaq can be tracked digitally. This provides full transparency regarding usage cycles, waste reductions, and return rates—a real added value for the sustainability report. At the same time, tracking enables automated replenishment: As soon as the packaging inventory at a location runs low, a timely restock is initiated. Manual reordering is no longer necessary—and shortages are a thing of the past.
