We use our conveyor belts to send our rinopaqs to our customers. Of course, we do not use disposable packaging here either and use the transport packaging as often as possible. Therefore, please return the tapes to us in the envelope provided.
We have enclosed an envelope with a return label for the return shipment. Simply place the transport straps in the envelope, close it and drop it in the nearest letterbox. You don't need to do anything else.
Additional adhesive tape not only extends our processing time, it also produces unnecessary packaging waste, which we want to avoid together. You don't need to apply anything else.
The answer is clear: it depends! We recommend that you always keep a bundle / transport bag with up to 160 rhinopaqs in stock. This way, you can always empty your transport bag completely and then send it back with peace of mind. This way, you always have a supply of 160 rhinopaqs until you need a replacement. Note: Please also take a look at the information on the automated replenishment process!
You can place an order in our online store at any time. We are already working on an automated process for our existing customers: in the future, we would like to go online with direct debit. As soon as we receive your transport bag or straps back, the supplies will be on their way to you. No clicks, no phone calls, nothing. You will simply receive the invoice by e-mail after we have collected the amount.
Our transport packaging has been designed to transport a lot of reusable packaging and still be easy to handle. In addition, the quantity is practicable for a large number of online stores, avoids frequent reorders and saves expensive storage space.
