Reduced disposal costs - Gone are the days of trampling, cutting up and disposing of disposable packaging. You save valuable manpower and reduce your disposal costs.
Lower risk of injury - the use of cutter knives is significantly reduced. Our reusable packaging is closed with Velcro fasteners, eliminating the need for adhesive tape. The goods are removed and the packaging is simply folded up. This minimizes the risk of injury.
No extra effort – you will automatically receive your first collection box at the start. The rhinopaqs orders are collected in this collection box. Once the collection box is full, simply hand it over to the relevant delivery service (see return label in the collection box) the next time they deliver to you.

The use of reusable packaging in the shipping of goods is new. Questions may therefore arise. Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions. Is your question not listed? No problem. Feel free to send us an e-mail or give us a call!
Up to 80 small or 10 large rhinopaqs fit into one collection box. But of course, the more packaging you can fit into the collection box, the better! So please make sure you use as much space as possible. This will help us to reduce costs and protect the environment.
There is a transparent document pocket on the inside wall of the collection box. This contains the return label for sending the collection box back to rhinopaq. Please remove the old parcel label and stick the return label on the designated parcel label holder on the outside. Then seal the collection box and hand it over to the delivery service indicated on the return label the next time they deliver to you.
You will automatically receive a new empty collection box from us as soon as we have received the filled collection box. You don't need to do anything else. If you have any questions or if a collection box takes too long to arrive, please feel free to contact us.
Open the sealing points on the front of the packaging. Fold up the box and close it with the closure flap. The packaging can then be returned in the collection box to save space.
It can happen that a rhinopaq is damaged during the shipping process. Please fold up the rhinopaq anyway and send it back in the collection box as usual. We will take care of the repair. If we are unable to repair the rhinopaq , it will be recycled and processed into new packaging.
Of course, you can also use the reusable packaging to return goods. To do so, follow your supplier's usual returns process. Remove the old parcel label and stick the returns label on the designated parcel label holder. Please do not use parcel tape for returns—if necessary, please use it sparingly.
No, the reusable packaging is the property of rhinopaq and may not be used for other shipments.
