Loosen the Velcro dots in the front corners and fold the sides in towards the center.

Send returns

Would you like to return your order? Then simply affix the returns label from your online store to the space provided on the lid. If necessary, use the enclosed sealing sticker to seal the sealing flap. Then send your return back as usual via the parcel service provider of your online store.

How much time do I have to return the packaging?

Our packaging likes to be on the move. The faster you return the packaging, the faster it can do what we developed it for: To ship goods safely and in a climate-friendly way. It is best to take the packaging folded into a letter with you when you go out and know that you will pass a post box.

Do I have to remove the package label?

Make shipping label address unrecognizable

For a smooth return process, it is helpful if you remove the original parcel shipping label from the packaging. Our newer packaging has extra areas from which the labels can be removed very easily.

If you have an older package without this area in your hands, you can simply make the address data and barcode unrecognizable with a pen. This is also sufficient to avoid any confusion in the return shipment. Thank you for your support!

Should I additionally seal the packaging?

No, the Velcro fastener on the flap is perfectly adequate. Additional adhesive tape not only extends our processing time, it also produces unnecessary packaging waste, which we want to avoid together.

Can I keep the packaging?

Our concept of reusable packaging in online retail depends on your support. If you like the packaging so much that you would also like to use it for private shipments, you are welcome to buy it from us. Simply enter the packaging number above and view the shipment history. Then click on the PayPal button. You can send the packaging to rhinopaq for disposal. All packaging is fully recycled at the end of its life and gives new packaging a new lease of life.

Is there detailed information on the CO2 savings?

The number of usage cycles and the resulting CO2 savings are displayed in the digital shipment history. Simply scan the QR code on the instruction sticker, enter the packaging ID, and see how much CO2 has rhinopaqs been saved by using rhinopaqs . You are also welcome to take a look at our Whitepaper . The return label is damaged, illegible or pasted over. What should I do?

In this case, Deutsche Post will not be able rhinopaq assign the rhinopaq , which would probably mean the end of the reusable shipping cycle. You would be a great help to us if you could send us a quick email to rhinopaq. We will then send you an internet stamp—if you have a printer, by email, or alternatively by post. All you need to do is stick the stamp in the upper right corner and drop the rhinopaq the nearest mailbox. Thank you!

The packaging is damaged. What should I do?

Even the best packaging deserves to be turned into new packaging at some point. All packaging is cleaned and inspected by us, sorted out if it is defective and sent for recycling. All you have to do is fold the packaging into a letter and drop it in the nearest post box.

My goods have been damaged. What should I do?

This is very annoying. As usual, contact your online store to clarify the next steps. We recommend that you take photos of the goods and the packaging in any case.
